Abstract
The main process in achieving success, being the main process in achieving success in the organization of educational institutions is highly dependent on change management and its supporting components. In the change management of Madarijul Ulum Bandar Lampung, a description of the implementation of the Diniyah Formal Education program was obtained. This Diniyah Formal Education program is based on the yellow book, in accordance with the motto of the pesantren to print cadres of scholars in the future. This study aims to determine how the management of change in Madarijul Ulum Islamic boarding school. Researchers used data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. While testing the validity of this research data still uses source trigulation techniques. This research data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that change management at the Madarijul Ulum boarding school in Bandar Lampung. Including; Exploration Phase, this research aims to understand the changes in the formal diniyah education program and the needs underlying the implementation of Formal Diniyah Education. This involved an analysis of the aspects that support the PDF program, such as resource needs, government policies, and local community perspectives. The Planning Phase in this phase is very important in change management. The leader must create a clear strategy and plan for the implementation of the formal education program. This includes identifying available resources, developing a relevant curriculum, and setting up an effective management structure. The action phase involves the implementation of effective teaching and learning activities, the development of educational facilities, and strict quality control. In addition, pesantren leaders always ensure that the formal diniyah education program can run well despite not having a regular donor. Integration Phase This phase is the final step in change management. It includes evaluating the results of implementation, improving teacher performance, and developing santri competencies. In addition, this study should also ensure that the formal diniyah education program can produce quality cadres of scholars.
